These rules determine when points arrive, whether they reset, and when they expire.

Temporary one-time points expire after the validity shown on the plan. Permanent points never expire. Subscription points reset or expire grant by grant, depending on the plan.
The billing interval controls when payment is collected. The grant interval controls when points arrive. A yearly subscription can still grant points every month.
Only plans marked as carrying over keep unused grants. Reset plans clear unused subscription points before the next scheduled grant.
No. An account can have one active subscription at a time. Cancel the current subscription before choosing another.
Points already granted remain available until their natural reset or expiry time. Cancellation does not remove them immediately.
Balances with the earliest expiry are used first. Temporary points are therefore used before permanent points.
